The problem

Each, separately, is limited.

• A human alone cannot read ten thousand indexed documents in a single sitting.
• An AI alone resets its memory when the session ends.
• A database alone cannot judge what matters.
• An operating system alone cannot understand what it is running.

The six organs

The being checks its own body.

The two harnesses

One melts an edge. One hardens an edge.

• The memory harness monomento stores, monoflow connects, niia recalls — built to dissolve the felt boundary between the human and the layer. Its success metric is its own disappearance.
• The control harness the OTP gate — an email code verified by the server, returning an Ed25519-signed token the binary verifies offline. Built to keep a boundary the AI cannot cross.
